Tash makes curtains, blinds and cushions the old-fashioned way, with a true love for hand sewing and an exacting eye for detail.

She is based in Tunbridge Wells at The Jolly Townhouse - her home and inspiration - where the three-metre drop windows demanded proper dressing and proved the best possible teacher in fine sewing.

Growing up with chintz curtains and studying History of Art at The University of Cambridge did little to encourage aesthetic restraint in Tash. She likes her curtains full and her cushions plump, and believes that fabric is the central ingredient to a beautiful home, as any visitor to The Jolly Townhouse can attest.
